Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Bulin AI ("we", "us"). They govern your use of https://bulinai.net and the character-swap video tool on it (the "Service").

By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

The Service lets you upload one photo and render a clip that places that person in a prepared motion template. You can upload a JPG, PNG, or WebP photo up to 10 MB. We may add, change, or remove templates and features.

Bulin AI is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any artist or label. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA and UK) to use the Service. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm that you can accept these Terms for it.

Credits and payment

Planned credit packs are described on the Pricing page, from $8.3 for Starter up to $49.9 for Business. The app does not collect card payment in this version, and it does not deduct a credit balance. Prices on that page describe the packs we intend to sell.

Your content

You keep the rights you have in the photo you upload ("Input") and, as far as the law allows, in the video rendered for you ("Output"). You grant us a license to store and transmit Input and Output only as needed to run the Service, including through our service providers. Input and Output are not used to train AI models.

You confirm that you own the photo or have permission to use it, including permission from any identifiable person shown in it where the law requires that permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload or create anything illegal, or anything that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors.
  • Create a sexual or intimate depiction of a person without their consent.
  • Infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
  • Impersonate a real person in order to defraud, defame, or harass them.
  • Interfere with the Service, or access it with bots, without our written permission.
  • Break any applicable law.

AI output

A video model rebuilds the performance. Motion, framing, and sound can differ from the reference clip. Output can be wrong or unusable, and the same photo can produce a different result if you run it again. You are responsible for reviewing Output before you post it.

Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and the Bulin AI name, belongs to us or our licensors. These Terms do not give you any right in a third party's name, likeness, music, or choreography.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT A RENDER WILL MATCH THE REFERENCE CLIP, KEEP ITS ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK, OR BE ACCURATE. KEEP YOUR OWN COPY OF ANY PHOTO YOU UPLOAD.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED USD 50.

Suspension

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may refuse a render if we reasonably believe it breaks these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
