Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information Bulin AI ("we", "us") collects when you use https://bulinai.net (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have. The Service works without an account.
By using the Service you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The short version
- No account. We do not ask for your name, email address, or password to render a clip.
- Your photo is used to render your clip. It is not used to train AI models. We do not sell personal information.
- Keep your own copy. The Service stores the photo and the rendered video so we can return the result. It is not a file archive.
Information we collect
Photos you upload
When you add a JPG, PNG, or WebP photo (up to 10 MB), we receive the file and store it under a random path, not under your original file name.
The rendered video
We store the job record and the rendered MP4 so the browser that submitted the photo can preview and download it.
Technical and log data
The servers that host the Service record technical information about requests. This can include IP address, browser and device type, the page or API path requested, timestamps, and error details. We use it to run the Service and fix problems.
Information you send us
If you email support@bulinai.net, we receive your email address and the message.
How we use information
- To render a clip that places your character in the selected motion template.
- To return that clip to the browser that submitted the photo.
- To keep the Service secure and fix errors.
- To read and reply to messages you send us.
- To comply with the law and enforce our Terms of Service.
Your photos and rendered videos are not used to train AI models. We do not look at them except where needed to investigate a technical problem, an abuse report, or a legal request.
How your photo is handled
- Your photo is sent to us over HTTPS and stored under a random path.
- A short-lived private link lets the video model read the photo and the motion template. That link expires after 1 hour.
- The model returns a rendered video. We store that file so you can preview and download it.
- Photos and results are not used to train AI models.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Service:

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of users or the public.
Cookies
We do not set an account or analytics cookie. The generator works without one. Your browser may keep the current job id in session storage so a refresh can keep showing the same render.
Data retention
We keep uploaded photos and rendered clips so we can return your result. They are not used to train AI models. The Service is not a place to store files. Email is kept for as long as needed to handle your request.
Security
We use HTTPS, private storage, random file paths, and short-lived links. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information, and to complain to a data protection authority. Because the Service has no accounts, include the approximate date and time of the upload when you write to support@bulinai.net.
Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA and UK). If you believe a child has provided personal information, email support@bulinai.net and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
