Bulin AIRefund Policy
This Refund Policy explains when you can ask Bulin AI ("we", "us") for a refund of a credit pack bought on https://bulinai.net.
Credit packs are one-time PayPal purchases. Credits do not expire. Prices are on the Pricing page. Payment terms are in the Terms of Service.
When a render fails
Credits are charged when a render starts. If that render fails, those credits are returned to your account automatically. You do not need to email us for the credits to come back.
Unused purchased credits
If you bought a credit pack and those credits are still unused, you can ask for a refund of that purchase. Credits already spent on a finished video are not refunded.
How to request a refund
Send an email to support@bulinai.net.
What to include
- The Google account email you used to buy the credits.
- Whether the request is for a failed render or for unused credits.
- The PayPal email or transaction, if you have it.
We refund an approved purchase through PayPal. A refund removes the credits that purchase added. If those credits were already spent, the balance can go below zero.
